Second Community Meeting: Freedom and Health

Second Community Meeting: Freedom and Health

Each one of us, and our world today, needs healing. Our ability to harmonize and produce health is at the heart of salutogenesis – the science of what makes us healthy.

We believe that healthcare should be both a public and a personal cause and responsibility; and that it needs a supportive environment and an adequate social and political framework.

At this second community event which took place in November 2023, we presented the Gergina Foundation’s vision of working to support deep healing based on the salutogenic approach, inspired by the path to healing of its founder, Georgia Efremova.

We opened a circle of sharing and discussion of the factors of radical healing based on international scientific literature. We laid the foundations for a new community dedicated to holistic oncology, and through action methods and the arts we illuminated and connected to the gifts we carry within us.

As 2023 draws to a close, we set a common intention for the new year – both personally and for the world we would like to live in. Thank you for being with us!
