The Gergina School of Care is dedicated to nurturance and skills development for people with oncological diagnoses, their families, and healthcare professionals.
The school is open to all who want to develop communication skills and deep empathy skills, connecting with their own needs and aliveness to be able to offer deep care in the most supportive and authentic way.
We created the innovative Authentic Communication format with Nikola Dimov, a leader in experimental design and transformational learning Nonviolent Communication and Psychodrama.
Through these processes we build bridges – toward ourselves and the people we love, and we develop the skills to:
Illuminate and connect to the emotions and needs within ourselves and to build relational capacities.
To share and practice concrete communication skills – to lead clearer and deeper conversations that support connection and strengthen relationships.
To hold the space for authenticity in the journey through illness – to support without projecting fears and needs; and to mutually amplify our trust and faith in life.
We meet in small, closed, and confidential groups, and create a space for relief, acceptance, and nurturance.
