Nikola Dimov

Nikola Dimov is a learning experience designer, facilitator, and trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a Psychodrama practitioner, and a mediator.

He supports and leads the Gergina Foundation School of Care dedicated to developing empathy and communication skills to support better care for people whose lives have been touched by cancer.

Nikola’s background is in psychology and he currently specialises in psychotherapy. He is a Certification Candidate with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and is the founder of one of the first communities for training and practising NVC in Bulgaria.

He leads and facilitates adult, teenager, and children’s learning journeys. Professionally, his great passion lies in experiential learning, collective intelligence, and self-exploration. His openness to experimental design for deep healing also led him to support us in prototyping and testing the pilot School of Care where together we learn the skills of self-compassion and meeting the authentic needs of ourselves and our loved ones. Healing rests in such alignment.

He is an avid volunteer, social entrepreneur, and traveller.
